Common Questions
How do others join my room?
Tell them the
exact Room Name
.
They open JukeBox →
Join Room
→ search for that Room Name.
They select the room and confirm to join.
Can’t join a room
Double-check spelling and spaces in the
Room Name
you were given.
Verify internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular).
If the host renamed or ended the room, ask for the current Room Name.
No audio or playback stalls
Ensure your Apple Music subscription is active and volume isn’t muted.
Close other streaming apps and re-open JukeBox.
Rejoin the room if you were in a Group Session.
Common Issues
One Stop - All issue fix
1. Uninstall the app (JukeBox Song Sync).
2. Remove “Sign in with Apple” for JukeBox from your iPhone.
On your iPhone:
Open Settings →
tap your Apple Account under your name
→ Sign in with Apple → delete “JukeBox” from Sign In.
3. Reinstall JukeBox and have fun.
