Common Questions

How do others join my room?
  1. Tell them the exact Room Name.
  2. They open JukeBox → Join Room → search for that Room Name.
  3. They select the room and confirm to join.
Can’t join a room
  • Double-check spelling/spaces in the Room Name you were given.
  • Verify internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular).
  • If the host renamed or ended the room, ask for the current Room Name.
No audio or playback stalls
  • Ensure your Apple Music subscription is active and volume isn’t muted.
  • Close other streaming apps and re-open JukeBox.
  • Rejoin the room if you were in a Group Session.
